GBA - Super Robot Taisen 2
One of Japan's leading robot fighting RPG series is the SUPER ROBOT TAISEN series, and Atlus has brought both SUPER ROBOT TAISEN and SUPER ROBOT TAISEN 2 to the west. SUPER ROBOT TAISEN 2 for the Game Boy Advance is similar to the first game while adding new characters, a new storyline, and more. The Space Era began when mankind advanced into space. However, the era of exploration came to a stunning halt when two meteoroids crashed into Earth, causing massive destruction and nearly wiping out humanity. Then, a few hundred years later, another meteoroid crashed on the planet. Smaller than the other two, this meteoroid contained strange metal that, after examined, turned out to be powerful alien weaponry. Dr. Bian Zoldark, head of the committee examining the artifacts, discovered how to use them to create powerful robots, robots that would be needed to confront the aliens when they came to retrieve their weapons. SUPER ROBOT TAISEN 2 picks up where the first game left off and continues the battle against the alien forces. The game has over 40 hours of strategy RPG gameplay. Each robot is fully customizable, allowing players to add weaponry, armor, support abilities, and much more. There are over a dozen different robots available.
