Myelin Media invites players to sit down with poker player Daniel Negreanu, one of the most animated and imaginative players today, in STACKED WITH DANIEL NEGREANU, a poker game for the Xbox. Featuring a number of games, several poker professionals to take on, and a full career mode, STACKED WITH DANIEL NEGREANU has definitely stacked the deck in the players favor. Gamers begin by creating their gambler from a wide range of options, including face, hair, clothing, and accessories. Once finished, they can play a few quick games, join a tournament, or work their way through career mode. The quick games are just that; gamers select which game they want to play and ante up. The tournaments are a little more stressful, requiring players to defeat a number of others until theyre seated at a table with Negreanu and the other professionals, who include David Williams, Josh Arieh, and Jennifer Harmon. Career mode takes gamers from the beginning ranks to the championship, with Negreanu helping new players along with a few tips. STACKED WITH DANIEL NEGREANU uses a brand-new game engine that makes its AI characters smarter. Players will no longer be able to get by on a bluff the computer will fold, stay, raise, and call just like real players. This added difficulty and realism should be perfect for poker enthusiasts who long ago figured out how to beat the AI.
